Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 October 2026

1. Who We Are

This policy explains how Conversion Club (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through our website and our services. We work with people and businesses in Australia, the United States and Europe, and follow the privacy laws that apply, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, and the GDPR and UK GDPR.

2. What We Collect

  • Contact and booking details: name, email, phone, business name and website
  • Business information you share: store platform, email and SMS tools, revenue range and goals
  • Account data you give us read-only access to, such as campaign, flow and sales performance
  • Messages and call notes between you and us
  • Website usage data collected through cookies, such as device, browser, pages viewed and referral source

3. How We Use It

To book and run calls, prepare your action plan, deliver services you have asked for, respond to enquiries, improve the website, keep records and meet legal obligations.

4. Email & SMS

We only send marketing email or SMS to people who have agreed to receive it or where the law allows. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe option, or you can email support@conversionclub.com.au and we will stop.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting, booking, email, CRM and analytics tools), with our professional advisers, and where the law requires. Providers may use it only to provide services to us.

6. Overseas Providers

Some providers store or process data outside your country, mostly in the United States. Where personal information moves between Australia, the United States and Europe, we take reasonable steps to protect it, including safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where the law requires them.

7. Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to make the site work and measure traffic. Some come from analytics and advertising providers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or use the opt-out tools those providers offer, though some features may stop working.

8. Client Customer Data

When we run a program for a client brand, we handle that brand’s customer data as its service provider, under our agreement with the brand and only for the agreed work. The brand is responsible for its own customer privacy notices and consents. Customers should contact the brand first with requests about their data.

9. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls and limiting who can see client data. No online system is completely secure. If a breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the relevant regulator as the law requires.

10. Your Rights & Complaints

Your rights depend on where you live. Email support@conversionclub.com.au to use any of them. We reply within the time the law requires, usually within 30 days, and may need to confirm who you are first. You can also ask us to stop marketing at any time.

  • Australia: you can access and correct your personal information, and complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au) if we do not resolve a complaint.
  • United States: under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, you can ask to know what we hold, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
  • Europe and the UK: under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, object to our use of it, and withdraw consent at any time. We use your data to carry out a contract or take steps you ask for, for our legitimate interests in running and promoting our services, where you consent, and where the law requires. You can complain to your local data protection authority.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The new version applies from the date shown at the top.
